HLN PRESENTATION CONFIRMED: THURSDAY OCTOBER 27TH 11AM

There is a mandatory rehearsal in 211 for your teams HLN Presentation on Tuesday October 25th beginning at 11am. NO later.

You should rehearse before you even get to the classroom rehearsal. The Classroom rehearsal is to the other teams and for feedback/critique before the HLN presentation on Thursday October 27th in CMC 460 at 11am.

Tuesday October 25th: Rehearsal
Everyone should have their presentations ready and already rehearsed before you arrive to the classroom to rehearse with the entire groups. I suggest getting together over the weekend to go through your presentation and time yourself. These should not be any longer than 10-12 minutes. Thereby leaving time for questions. They can be shorter if you so desire.

-Introduction of your team.
-State your advertising campaign briefly.
-Perhaps You can make references to the directives that HLN gave to you originally.
By doing so you acknowledge their initial request and what Scot requested you to consider.
-Start your presentation and before you end restate your campaign with some affirmation
that you had solved it or created a campaign that HLN could use in December and on their forthcoming website.
Thank them. Give them anything else you wish to leave them with.
-Q&A

Thursday October 27th: Formal Presentation to HLN

Come with your pdf/powerpoint/whatever else you plan to present to HLN that day.

If you are planning to show videos/motion all that should already be loaded into the computer beforehand. Time restraints so be sure everything works.

You should also plan to give them copies of your presentation either on DVD or CD and even mounted boards if you so desire. Package your presentations. Please no hand written sharpie CDs.

Everyone should also give them a printed Creative Brief with what your directives/plans and deliverables. This should have your names on them. All work should have your names on them.

If you need cue cards use them. Each team member must vocally participate in some way.
